REGISTRATION FEE - $125 Members/$170 Non-members
Registration is open to all government attorneys. Fee Includes: All training sessions, handouts, and meals for the registrant.

CANCELLATION
Paid registrations will be refunded in full if cancellation is received at least 72 hours before the program; if less than 72 hours, a $45 administration fee will be deducted. Paid registrants who fail to attend will  receive the written materials.

In this presentation, our experienced faculty reviews the ethics rules and discusses their application as they work realistic case scenarios facing criminal and civil government attorneys.  The goal is to expose you to the rules and their application in order to alert you to potential ethical issues and situations.

Past civil topics have included: conflict cases, child protection, and who is your client? Criminal topics have ranged from Rule 4.2 to plea agreements, confidential informants to dealing with unrepresented persons.

ELIMINATION OF BIAS LECTURE
During this session students will understand their values and how they shape the world we live and work in; explore bias and the impact bias has on our workplaces and assess their individual strengths and discover opportunities for development.
