EJJ Certification and Competency Training

Designed by the Delinquency section of the juvenile law committee, this one day course will begin with Juvenile competency to stand trial; EJJ certifications; Dr. Dawn Peuschold will explore the juvenile brain, incompetence in juveniles and explain competency evaluations, what to look for in an exam and what to do if you disagree with an examiner. Finally a diverse panel of attorneys who practice in this area will discuss policies and strategies utilized by their offices.

REGISTRATION FEE - $95 Members/$140 Non-members
Registration is open to all government attorneys. Fee Includes: All training sessions, handouts, and meals for the registrant.

CANCELLATION
Paid registrations will be refunded in full if cancellation is received at least 72 hours before the program; if less than 72 hours, a $45 administration fee will be deducted. Paid registrants who fail to attend will  receive the written materials.
