1.00 Standard Credit - Matthew Frank, Assistant Attorney General and Manager of the Trials and Appeals Division in the Attorney General's Office, will discuss recent court case developments in Fourth Amendment Searches by the U.S. Supreme Court and Minnesota Supreme Court. Topics covered will include the changing analytical framework (trespass theory v. expectation of privacy) and issues due to new technology. This Office will apply for 1.0 standard CLE credit for this presentation.
