Professors Jonathan Kahn and Carolyn Grose, Mitchell Hamline School of Law, will discuss issues in identifying and addressing implicit bias and racism in legal contexts. Professor Kahn is author of the book Race on the Brain: What Implicit Bias Gets Wrong About the Struggle for Racial Justice and Professor Grose is the author of Lawyers, Clients & Narrative: A Framework for Law. This Office will apply for 2.0 Elimination of Bias credits for this program.
