1.50 Standard Credit - Adam Welle and Ian Welsh, Assistant Attorneys General, and Betsy Talbot, Office of Higher Education, will cover current legal issues with student loans and regulation of private postsecondary institutions. Issues covered will include the current status of Public Service Loan Forgiveness and emerging issues in the oversight of for-profit colleges. This Office will apply for 1.5 standard CLE credits for this program.
