Cynthia Jahnke, Legal Counsel’s Office, Minnesota Department of Human Services Office of Inspector General
Prior to joining DHS, Cyndi served more than 15 years with the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office representing DHS and other state agencies.  Following her tenure at the Attorney General’s Office, Cyndi founded Monarch Legal of Minnesota through which she represented private citizens in actions involving DHS and professional licensing boards.  Cyndi is a graduate of William Mitchell College of Law.

Jane Kolzowski, Legal Counsel’s Office, Minnesota Department of Human Services, Office of Inspector General
Jane Kolzowski received her law degree from the University of South Dakota.  Prior to working for DHS, she clerked for Minnesota district court judges in Fillmore and Hennepin Counties.  Jane joined the DHS Inspector General’s Legal Counsel Office in 2015.  She worked primarily with the Background Studies Division before moving her focus to the Financial Fraud and Abuse Investigation Division in 2018.
