Don’t miss the next installment in our new lunchtime CLE series designed for County Attorneys who handle appeals for the DHS Office of Inspector General.
“Sensitive Witnesses in Administrative Hearings” features The Honorable Barbara Case of the Minnesota Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH), Department of Human Services Judge Calynn Schuck, and Assistant Attorney General James Clark.
Learn best practices for when and how to call sensitive witnesses in administrative hearings, including mandated reporters, vulnerable adults, children, and reluctant witnesses.
The CLE will take place Friday, December 6, 2019 from 12-1pm. It will be located in-person in room 3148 at the Minnesota Department of Human Services, 444 Lafayette Avenue, Saint Paul, MN, or remotely via WebEx. The CLE is free. Please plan to bring your own lunch if you attend in person.
1.0 Standard CLE Credit will be applied for.
