  • Speaker: Patrick Busch, State Court Administrator's Office, Legal Counsel Division
  • Description: On January 1, 2020, pursuant to amendments to court rules, a new timing system went into effect for calculating deadlines to file and serve court documents. This new timing system, which is similar to the timing system used in the federal courts, is designed to simplify the process of calculating deadlines. This CLE will cover recent rules amendments, including the new timing system.
  • CLE Credit: One standard CLE credit will be applied for.
