Make plans to attend the virtual Rule 20 Conference. Sessions will be held Thursday September 24, October 1, 8, 29 and November 5. Each session will be an hour in length. Join us for all session or only those that apply to your area of practice. All sessions will be recorded for later viewing.

This session will cover the new amendments to Minn. Stat. § 253B, which went into effect on August 1, 2020, and offer a glimpse into potential future legislative efforts surrounding Jarvis proceedings.
