In consideration of this commitment, NDAA requires that all those in attendance of our programs currently work in or work closely with prosecution: NDAA invites prosecutors, investigators, victim advocates, witness coordinators and paralegals in local, state, tribal, federal and military government attorneys’ offices, as well as law enforcement and other members of the multidisciplinary team.

Featured Presenter: Andrew Campbell

Andrew Campbell is a nationally recognized researcher and trainer focused on the intersection of domestic violence, child abuse, and community violence. He has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and regularly presents across the country to multidisciplinary audiences. Andrew’s presentations draw on research, real-world case analysis, and multidisciplinary perspectives to explore the dynamics of domestic violence and its broader impact on children, families, and communities. His work focuses on identifying risk factors, understanding offender behavior, improving victim response, and developing strategies to break cycles of violence and support long-term healing.

• Case Study: Working with recanting victims, charging decisions, and sentencing on multiple counts

• Survivor Panel: Hear directly from victims about their experiences navigating the criminal justice system
• Judicial Perspective: Judge Andrew Pearson will lead the Comings and Goings exercise and share insights from the bench on prosecuting domestic violence cases
